Dear Student,
As of September 1, 2021, our records indicate that you have not taken an arrival test for COVID-19 to begin the academic year on campus.
All students coming to campus this fall, regardless of vaccination status, are required to take an arrival test.
- If you have already been on campus but have not completed your arrival test, you must complete this test as soon as possible but no later than September 9.
- If you have not yet been on campus, you must take an arrival test 48 hours prior to returning to campus.
- If you will not be on campus this fall, this protocol does not apply to you.
It is important that you get tested right away to protect the health of your friends, fellow students, faculty and staff. Many individuals can be asymptomatic carriers and transmitters of the COVID-19 virus, even if they are fully vaccinated.
On-campus testing is free for Georgetown students, and scheduling a test is easy. You can self-schedule a test through the One Medical app or website.
Thank you,
