Title: Temporary Relocation of Registrar and Student Accounts Offices

Dear Members of the Georgetown University Community,

Beginning next week, the Office of the University Registrar and the Student Accounts and Cashiering (Revenue and Receivables) team will be temporarily relocated due to construction on the lower level of White-Gravenor Hall. Please review the following information on how to visit these offices and utilize services during their temporary relocation:

Office of the University Registrar (OUR)

  • Temporary Location:
    • Feb. 8 – 14: ICC Building Room 121
    • Feb. 15 – May/June: Reiss Science Building Room 281 (adjacent to 2nd floor elevators)
  • Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

All existing in-person Registar services will continue in these temporary locations, including transcript and diploma pick-up, enrollment certification, notary services, senior auditor registration and military-benefits office hours. Online services will continue to be available. Visit the University Registrar website for more information on services.

Additional Notes:

  • Transcripts, diplomas and enrollment certifications can all be requested online and do not require an in-person visit (more information on academic records requests).
  • Military education benefits office hours will continue to be offered both in person and virtually. You may contact our School Certifying Official by emailing militarybenefits@georgetown.edu or by calling 202-687-2713.

Student Accounts and Cashier (Revenue and Receivables)

  • Temporary Location (starting Feb. 6) : McDonough Arena Ticket Window (enter McDonough Arena from Bus Turnaround Plaza, then to your left in the vestibule)
  • Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Cashier Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

All existing in-person Student Account/Revenue & Receivables services will continue in the temporary McDonough Arena location, including submitting payments, inquiring about student accounts, check distribution and making departmental deposits.
