Title: Important Package Pick-Up Reminders

Dear Students,

Welcome back to the Hilltop! The beginning of the academic year is always a busy one for package and mail delivery. To make sure that you receive your packages in a timely manner and to avoid having them returned to sender, please review the following:

Package Reminders

  • Packages/Mail: You will receive an email notification about your package’s arrival and campus pick-up location. Packages should be picked up from the designated location the same day or no later than noon the following day that you receive the email notification. There may be a delay between when a package is marked as “delivered” by your delivery service and when you receive an email notification to pick up your package, as all packages must be sorted.
  • Addressing Packages: Packages should be addressed per the instructions on the Student Mail and Package FAQ page. Packages without a student’s full name, the word “Student,” and residence hall and room number may be returned to sender.
  • Amazon lockers: You will receive a notification from Amazon about your package’s arrival and availability in one of the Amazon lockers (Healey Family Student Center or Kennedy Hall). Packages should be picked up from the Amazon lockers the same day as delivery notification – delays in pick-up cause your and your peers’ other packages to be undeliverable and returned to Amazon.

Mail Room Hours (Fall Extended Hours August 18 – September 30)

  • Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • Sunday: Closed
