Virtual Lenten Ignatian Examen

In honor of Lent, Sr. Celeste Mokrzycki, SSJ, chaplain for the School of Health and School of Nursing, will lead a weekly virtual communal Ignatian Examen, a simple yet powerful prayer exercise rooted in Ignatian spirituality, starting February 27. This contemplative prayer can be used by all faith traditions.

Join via Zoom each Monday in Lent from 12:05 p.m. – 12:20 p.m. (March 27th will start at 12:30) for a communal Ignatian Examen. For fifteen minutes, we will reflect on our day with its gifts and challenges, develop our “spiritual sight” and become more aware of God’s presence and action in our daily lives. Supported by quiet music and the presence of each other, we will be guided through the steps of the Examen.
