Spring Forward Fitness Challenge
Let’s spring forward into fitness!
To celebrate “springing forward” for Daylight Saving Time and the coming of warmer days, we’re hosting a week-long fitness challenge. Participants can complete and submit entries for the following challenges:
1. Most curl-ups in a minute
2. Maximum number of push-ups in a row
3. Your Rockport 1-Mile Walk results

Once you complete any or all of the challenges, submit your entries to http://bit.ly/gu2021fitnesschallenge.
Upon submission for any of the challenges, you will receive an email with the ‘norms’ for your specific age range and category to further understand your results.
Want to show off your skills with these challenges? Include an accompanying photo when you submit your entry or tag us (@GUCampusRec) and include the hashtag #SpringForwardFitChallenge on social media to be featured on our accounts on Wednesday, March 24, 2021!
