Join Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies for a new installation of Knowledge@Noon. This session focuses on key success factors to improve your negotiating skills to help you manage and lead diverse teams. We will examine different communication and negotiation styles and a negotiations framework to build trust and improve project outcomes. The goal of our discussion is to help you make more informed choices to promote respectful dialogue when negotiating with team members and external project stakeholders.
