Our esteemed panel of social media experts will delve into cutting-edge trends, persistent challenges, and exciting opportunities in this field, all while examining their influence on consumer behavior and decision-making.

Brezita Warrick (EMBA’19)
Senior Marketing Manager, Academic Medicine at Amazon Web Services
Brezita Warrick has over 20 years of B2C and B2B marketing experience within commercial and public sectors. Her skills are leveraged to construct compelling stories through content creation and to attract customers through targeted lead generation programs. She’s a marketing lead with the Public Sector Healthcare business at Amazon Web Services based in Arlington, Virginia. Within this role, she’s responsible for interfacing with sales and business development partners to advance technology and innovation, and to explore the art of the possible with academic medical centers and research institutions.
Warrick is a lifelong learner and is passionate about leadership, mentoring, and staying on top of emerging technology such as the cloud and generative AI. In May 2019, she completed her Executive MBA from Georgetown McDonough.
Tara de Nicolas (EML’13)
Vice President, Demand Generation Marketing at Yext
As an accomplished leader across communications, brand, and global demand generation marketing, Tara de Nicolas (EML’13), brings a wealth of leadership experience in social media marketing. Throughout her career, de Nicolas has led large marketing teams at brands like Amazon, AWS, Elastic, and Yext. Throughout her career, de Nicolas has proven her ability to foster high-performing teams and nurture talent within large, multi-layered organizations to deliver impactful marketing outcomes. She graduated with an Executive Master’s in Leadership from Georgetown McDonough in 2013.

Professor Kelly Lee is an assistant teaching professor of marketing at Georgetown McDonough. She educates the next generation of business leaders in the undergraduate and MBA program about strategic marketing research, marketing intelligence, consumer behavior, and negotiations. In Professor Lee’s role as managing director of the Georgetown Institute for Consumer Research, she organizes events that unites faculty, alumni, industry practitioners, and students to deepen their understanding of consumer behavior and identify pivotal consumer insights.
