Title: Action Required: Install and Use GU360 App Beginning January 19

Dear Members of the Georgetown University Community,

Next week, in response to community feedback, Georgetown will launch a new GU360 mobile app. The app will simplify the process for completing the COVID-19 Daily Check-in and receiving your Building Access Badge, which you need to show public health screeners when you enter campus buildings. Beginning on Tuesday, January 19, the COVID-19 Daily Check-in will move from the One Medical app and website to the GU360 app and website.

Please follow these instructions to install and use the GU360 app on your Android or Apple iOS mobile device. In order to get a green Building Access Badge and keep your GoCard activated, you must have completed your Spring 2021 Affirmation and submitted your COVID-19 Daily Check-in via the GU360 app or website beginning on the morning of Tuesday, January 19.

The COVID-19 Daily Check-in on the One Medical app will no longer work after Monday, January 18, but please continue to use the One Medical app to schedule tests in accordance with the University’s COVID-19 Testing Protocol. The GU360 app includes a link in its menu to schedule a test via the One Medical app.

On-Campus COVID-19 Testing

We have also made several improvements to COVID-19 testing on campus. In addition to the Healey Family Student Center site, a new testing location is now open on the Main Campus in the Leavey Center, which will have the option for Saturday appointments as well as weekday appointments. The Law Center’s testing site in The Scott K. Ginsburg Sport & Fitness Center is now open daily, Monday through Friday.
