Follow me as I tour of one of the best townhouses in the Georgetown neighborhood. Georgetown undergraduate students are required to live three years on campus, but they can also qualify for four years if desired, and the university offers housing in the area that is still considered to be on-campus housing! My house is in the row of homes right in front of the main gates, which has made my senior-year experience a once-in-a-lifetime dream.

The house has two floors and a basement and comes fully equipped with appliances, AC/heating system, furniture, etc. The first floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen and a backdoor exit to a small patio. The basement has a laundry room and one single bedroom, which includes a private bathroom. Upstairs, you can find another bathroom and three bedrooms, which can be split into two singles and one double. The perk of the double room is that you have a view of Georgetown’s Healy Hall at all times. If you are considering on-campus housing for the future, remember that you can find the housing calendar on the Office of Residential Living’s website.
