Dear Members of the Georgetown University Community,
We are writing to remind you of upcoming changes to the Georgetown University Transportation Shuttle (GUTS) routes going into effect on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
Rosslyn GUTS Route & Dupont Circle GUTS Route
- In order to provide better access to the north part of the Hilltop campus, select Rosslyn and Dupont Circle GUTS buses will drop off and pick up at a new North Campus Stop at Lombardi Circle.
- Rosslyn and Dupont Circle GUTS buses will either drop off and pick up at the South Campus Stop at the McDonough Bus Turnaround OR the North Campus Stop at Lombardi Circle.
- Buses will be clearly marked with the designated campus stop.
- Since there will now be direct service to each campus stop, the mini-shuttle that previously went from the Bus Turnaround to Lombardi Circle will no longer be in use.
- Please visit OTM’s website to view the schedule of pick-up/drop-off locations.
- On weekdays (Monday – Friday), the Law Center route and Downtown Campus route will be consolidated into the new Capitol Campus route. The Capitol Campus Shuttle stops at various downtown locations as it connects the Hilltop Campus to SCS, the Law Center and 55 H St. NW. To view the schedule of stops, please visit OTM’s website.
- On Saturdays, the Downtown Campus Shuttle will continue to run on its usual schedule between 55H and the Hilltop Campus.
You can also use NextGUTS on the Georgetown University Mobile App to track GUTS buses’ real-time arrival times around DC and on campus.
