You are graduating at one of the toughest times since the Great Depression. I encourage you to take the reins and try something new if you are having any trouble finding a job. Entrepreneurship is a terrific way to ride out the storm. Think of a skill that you have developed thanks to your time at Georgetown and figure out how to leverage that into a career.
Don’t forget that you are part of the Hoya network. Never hesitate to call upon fellow Hoyas – whether classmates or alums – and ask for advice and mentorship. Don’t rush into grad school – experience life first and then go back for a second degree later.
Good luck in your new life.
