Zoom, Part III: Screen Sharing PowerPoint Presentations

This Zoom workshop is for GUMC faculty and staff to explore ways of screen sharing PowerPoint presentations in a Zoom meeting for online and in-class hybrid teaching. In this workshop, you will learn a variety of ways of presenting slides with different view options in PowerPoint and single/dual-screen modes in Zoom. By the end of this workshop, you will be able to use:

• PowerPoint presentations: Slide Show, Reading View, Presenter View (slide notes)
• Zoom screen sharing options: Desktop, Application, Portion of Screen, Slides as Virtual Background
• Dual screens: laptop/desktop and projector screens (in hybrid classes)
