In honor of Constitution Day, the Department of Government will host an event on the Supreme Court and presidential immunity. The Supreme Court recently issued a historic ruling on presidential immunity in Trump v. United States (2024). Hear from a panel of experts, Professors Catherine Lotrionte, Joseph Hatman, and Anthony Clark Arend, on the potential impact of this ruling and what it may mean for executive oversight.
