Searching for Animal Alternatives: Meeting the IACUC Requirements and More
Do you participate in animal research and have a responsibility to submit protocols to Georgetown University’s Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC)? This webinar will help you to fulfill requirements of Animal Welfare Act Regulations and the IACUC protocol. You will become a more efficient and effective database searcher for studies related to animal research.

Select appropriate databases for searching;

Identify the most appropriate search terms guided by the 3Rs;

Develop a complex and comprehensive search strategy utilizing keywords, controlled vocabulary, and Boolean operators.
