Psi Chi/Department Study Days Barre3 Workout
Open to Psychology students only. Join us for a Study Days de-stress study break to move your body with a barre3 fitness workout in the Wright Lounge! It will be Thursday December 7th, 6-7pm. Just bring yourself, a yoga mat, and a water bottle. No props needed and all fitness levels welcome – it’s a super modifiable yoga/pilates/strength/cardio/mindfulness experience!
