Protecting Democracy: A Conversation on Election Integrity with Former DHS Secretaries
On Friday, October 9 at 1:00 PM (ET), the Georgetown Institute of Politics and Public Service will be joined by former Secretaries of Homeland Security, the Honorable Michael Chertoff and the Honorable Jeh Johnson, for a conversation on upholding election integrity in the 2020 presidential election.
Secretaries Chertoff and Johnson will discuss the trend of foreign interference in U.S. elections, and what steps our leaders can and should take to protect ballot boxes against bad actors on the international stage.
