New Employee Orientation (NEO)
We invite you to attend New Employee Orientation (NEO) (held every two weeks on Mondays, 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m. ; excluding February 20th and May 29th) The NEO schedule aligns with the university’s biweekly hiring calendar. Please register for the orientation session that is closest to your first day of employment in order to have the most beneficial experience.
Hosted by the Department of Human Resources, NEO introduces University traditions and values, key policies and procedures, available employee resources, and ways to get involved in the Georgetown community. You will also have the opportunity to meet various Human Resources professionals and connect with other new employees. Invitations to NEO are sent to your GU NetID email address upon completion of onboarding paperwork. If you do not receive an email invitation, please register at this link with a non-Georgetown personal email address and your full, legal name.
