Neapolitan Pizza-making Class
Learn to make Neapolitan pizza in this small interactive virtual class.
Test your skills in the kitchen and try your hand at making traditional Neapolitan pizza at home. This hands-on class will be limited to a small group of participants who will make pizza at home along with our virtual instructor. Learn the secrets to making this classic pizza with ingredients easily found at your local grocery stores. We will guide you from the dough-making to the baking and then to enjoying your final product.
Registration is required and due to the nature of this event spots are limited.
One week before the event registered participants will be sent a list of the necessary ingredients and the recipe so that they may purchase the items and cook along with the instructor. This event will be highly participatory and encourages each participant’s engagement.
About the Instructor:
Kristin Melia is the founder of the hospitality and event planning services company, Sauced & Found, based on the Amalfi Coast. As a graduate of the School of Foreign Service, Ms. Melia worked extensively in international protocol and politics at the US Department of Homeland Security prior to moving to Italy. She currently serves as the co-President for the Georgetown Alumni Club of Italy. She splits her time between Naples, the Amalfi Coast, and the Cycladic island of Antiparos. When not serving clients, she enjoys wood-firing pizzas, making wine, and walking her Boston Terrier, Bella.
