My NCBI and SciENcv Workshop from DML
Discover and leverage the power of PubMed’s tools for researchers. A PubMed My NCBI account allows researchers to save searches and citations and create customized search filters; streamlining the searching process. PubMed’s My Bibliography tool provides an avenue for health science professionals to organize and curate their publications. Also with SciENcv, researchers can assemble the professional information tailored for federal grantors and reporting agencies.
This workshop will walk you through creating a My NCBI account and will demonstrate how to use these free tools to improve your workflow and showcase your professional achievements.
All Georgetown students, faculty, and staff are welcome. Registration and participation require a georgetown.edu, gunet.georgetown.edu, or medstar.net email address. This workshop is only offered in online format.
Workshop will be presented by Angela Barr, Reference and Digital Information Services Coordinator for Dahlgren Memorial Library.
