This week, Sal features Brian Roeder (MSFS ‘97). Brian is founder and owner of Barrel Oak Winery (BOW) – “Virginia’s Favorite Winery” – which also happens to be the busiest winery in Virginia. Barrel Oak was voted the “Most Family Friendly Winery” in the world by The Wine Enthusiast Magazine. Prior to entering the wine making business, Brian was a housing and community developer, builder and remodeler, and rental housing developer and owner. Additionally, he has worked as an executive trainer and facilitator, advertising, marketing and sales developer, and as a management consultant.
