Georgetown Center for Healthy Aging Symposium
This symposium provides a space for attendees to get to know others interested in aging, offers resources, and encourages people to come together to address the challenges of an aging society.
This year’s theme is “Advancing Knowledge about Aging to Improve Health and Health Care.”
Presentations by speakers including transdisciplinary researchers from Georgetown and across the country address critical issues in aging research, policy and care, from cells to society.
The symposium is open to all members of the Georgetown community and our community collaborators and partners.
Sponsored by the GUMC Center for Healthy Aging, the Aging and Alzheimer’s Research Training Program, the Georgetown Aging and Health Program, and the Georgetown Lombardi Institute for Cancer and Aging Research.
