In this session presented by the University HR Learning and Development team, Georgetown leaders will learn more about the human element of feedback, understand what the roles and responsibilities are of feedback givers and receivers, apply a comprehensive framework for delivering high-impact feedback, and discover how to begin building a healthy feedback culture on your team(s).
