Join Ambassador Stuart Eizenstat for a discussion on his new book, “The Art of Diplomacy: How American Negotiators Reached Historic Agreements that Changed the World.”
Ambassador Eizenstat has served in six presidential administrations, including as Chief Domestic Advisor to President Carter, U.S. Ambassador to the European Union, Deputy Secretary of the Treasury, Under Secretary of State for Economic, Business and Agricultural Affairs in the Clinton Administration. He has been a leader for decades in negotiating and bringing a measure of justice to Holocaust survivors. He is currently serving as Chair of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, appointed by President Biden.
The discussion and Q&A will be moderated by Diana Villiers Negroponte, Global Fellow, The Wilson Center & Adjunct Professor, School of Foreign Service.
There will be a reception after the discussion. Lunch will be provided.
