If you are a member of the Georgetown community exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, contact Georgetown’s chief public health officer via the COVID-19 Screening Form or the Medical Campus COVID-19 Screening Form.

If you are a student or faculty or staff member who observed an individual or group whom you suspect is not acting in accordance with established health and safety protocols, you can report these incidents through the COVID-19 Incident Report Form.
