GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY, DC PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO LAUNCH EXECUTIVE DEGREE PROGRAM FOR PRINCIPALS

Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, in collaboration with District of Columbia Public Schools, has adapted its innovative Executive Master’s in Leadership degree program to serve the professional development needs of the District’s principals as they face the opportunities and challenges of leading in a large, urban public school system. Created with the belief that the core of leadership development is personal development, the participants will receive executive coaching and graduate with a personal leadership action plan.
An event to launch the program will be held Tuesday, January 15. Speakers include:
