Afternoon of Ideas Program:
Georgetown University is hosting a afternoon ideas and innovation summit to kick-off the launch of the new capital campaign, "For Generations to Come: The Campaign for Georgetown." The summit, titled "Think About It: An Afternoon of Ideas" will feature six discussions with prominent leaders from government, business and the Georgetown community.

At approximately 6:45 p.m. members of the Georgetown community will gather on the main lawn of the university for a twilight lighting ceremony and toast. At this time, the historic buildings of main campus will be simultaneously lit up to signify the official public launch of the campaign.
