Using Veterans Education Benefits

To use your Veterans Education Benefits at Georgetown, please identify the appropriate office for your program and follow the instructions below:

Georgetown University Undergraduate Schools and the Graduate School
The Office of the University Registrar handles certification of enrollment for undergraduate and graduate students at Georgetown University. The School Certifying Official is Mr. D. Scott Heath in the Office of the University Registrar. In order to receive educational benefits from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, you must submit your Certificate of Eligibility and a completed Veterans Benefits Request Form to the Veterans Office. Georgetown Non-Credit Certificate Programs and Professional Studies degrees at Clarendon Campus
The Center for Continuing and Professional Education handles certification of enrollment for the Non-Credit Certificate Programs and Master of Professional Studies in Public Relations, Journalism, and Technology Management, which are based at the Clarendon Campus of the School of Continuing Studies. Georgetown School of Medicine
The Office of the Registrar at the Georgetown School of Medicine handles certification of enrollment for all students studying at the School of Medicine. To receive educational benefits from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, you must contact the School of Medicine Office of the Registrar. Georgetown Law Center
The Office of the Registrar at the Georgetown Law Center handles certification of enrollment for all Law Center students.
