The university’s connection to Washington, D.C., is part of what makes the Georgetown experience exciting and unique. With close proximity to the White House, Congress, the Supreme Court and major theaters and museums, Washington offers a wide variety of cultural events, jobs and internships across multiple sectors. Students also have many opportunities to give back to the surrounding community by participating in service projects.
