  • President, Office of the

    The Office of the President sponsors high-profile events, including lectures with dignitaries and world leaders; the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration; and conferences aimed at enriching the community through opportunities for interreligious dialogue and intellectual discourse. The office also administers reflective engagement grants to encourage public scholarship and academic research that addresses major global issues, and helps build Georgetown's capacity to undertake this kind of academic work in the future.

  • Protestant Ministry

    Protestant Ministry serves a diverse community, honoring the religious traditions of its members while affirming their oneness in Christ. The Protestant chaplains minister to the many branches of Protestant Christianity through Sunday worship on campus, bible studies, prayer groups, fellowship groups, service projects and retreats.

  • Provost, Office of the

    The Office of the Provost is home to the chief academic and administrative officer for Georgetown's Main Campus. Responsibilities of the provost include coordinating academic programs in all of the schools; supervising and arranging all academic convocations, commencements, and general faculty meetings; the administration of university policy relative to faculty personnel; supervision and direction of admissions, registrations, record procedures, athletics and libraries; and the distribution of scholarships.

  • Public Safety, Department of

    The Georgetown University Department of Public Safety (DPS) is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment on Georgetown's Main Campus, off-campus properties and the Medical Center campus. On the Law Center campus, security is the responsibility of the Law Center's Department of Public Safety.
